    The AIF 503N-series are three-phase flicker impedances with a nominal current from 16A up to 75A per phase offering two different impedance values. 

    Zref is used as the flicker impedance as per IEC/EN 61000-3-3 and specified by IEC 60726. Ztest is used for equipment being intended for connection to a public low-voltage distribution system having a service current supply capability of 100A and above as specified in IEC/EN 61000-3-11.

    Benefits

    Three-phase Flicker Impedance for Measurements up to 75A

    The AIF 503N-series unifies the required impedance values for two applications (except for the AIF 503N16 model). It offers a flicker impedance with the values in accordance with IEC 60725 for flicker measurements as per IEC/EN 61000-3-3. It also includes a second impedance used for flicker measurements on DUTs with a rated current above 16A which are intended to be connected to a public low-voltage distribution system with a service current of more than 100A.
    The inductors used are non-saturable air coils and are manually matched to the specified value. 

    The AIF 503N-series is used along with the DPA503N for single phase as well as for three phase measurements. The AIF 503N-series is fully remote controlled by dpa.control software. LED indicators on the front panel show the actual mode of use. The AIF 503N32/-N63/-N75 are delivered in a rack on wheels there is space to house the DPA503N for best user convenience.
